Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

===================

No cook chocolate peanut butter fudge, easy enough for kids to make. Makes 24 squares
1 pound confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Line a 8x8 inch square pan with wax paper.
2. Combine the confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, cocoa, milk and vanilla together and mix until smooth.
Chill until firm then cut into squares.



..............NO BAKE COOKIES...............
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
3 cups quick oats
Prepare a surface of waxed paper for cookies.
Mix dry ingredents in a small sauce pan.
Stir in the melted butter and milk.
Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and oats.
Drop by spoonful onto surface.
Cool

............PINEAPPLE CAKE............
Set aside 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar and 1/2 c nuts.
2 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar (to convert with fruitos....use 3/4 cup of fruitos)
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple with syrup (some crushed pineapple has corn syrup base or is made with fruitos check labels)
Be ready to mix these ingredients thoroughly as soon as the pineapple is put in the mixture. Grease 9X13 pan before mixing. Put brown sugar and nuts on top of mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degree.
....While the above is baking, prepare
1 c evaporated milk
1/2 c sugar (1/4 cup fruitose instead of white sugar)
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Cook until mixture comes to a boil and drops off spoon like jelly. Pour mixture over the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.



...............Reese Cup Cookies..............
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 bag hershey kisses
mix all but kisses
...form balls
press a kiss in the middle....(Hershey kiss of course)
bake 350 ungreesed cookie sheet
for "5 min only"
cool, they will seem soft but will firm up...
makes 2 dozen

.................CREAM CHEESE COOKIES...............
1/4 cup softened butter
1 pkg (8 oz) softened cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 pkg (18.5 oz) yellow cake mix

Directions:

Cream butter & cheese.
Blend in egg & vanilla.
Add dry cake mix, 1/3 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
(If mixer is used, add last third by hand.)
Cover and chill for 30 minuts.
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Drop by scant tsp full onto ungreased sheet.
Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until light brown.
Cool before removing from cookie sheet.
Makes 6 - 8 doz.


...............BANANA SPLIT DESSERT................
2 pgks. graham crakers, crushed
1 stick margarine
1/4 C sugar
Mix ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees, 8-10 min.
Cool.
...... Beat together:
3 eggs
3C powdered sugar
1 1/4C margarine
1 1/2 t. vanilla
Beat 20 minutes. Pour over cooled crust. Chill 30 mins.
...............Mix together:
15oz can crushed pinapple, drained. 3 to 4 bananas, sliced and a 9 oz
container of whipped topping. Spread over top and sprinkle with crushed
nuts. If desired.
Before serving, decorate with maraschino cherries.
(Just a little hint. a pie is sweet already, so if the white sugar bothers you dont put it in, will taste just as good and you wont miss it with other sugars.)

...........DRAGON DROPPINGS............
Melt 1 package of chocolate chips with 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter over
low heat, stirring till smooth(of course the peanuts will still be lumpy so
dont kill youself trying to smooth them out.) then remove from heat stir
in 3 cups of Cheerios(or other cheaper knock off of cheerios type cereal)
Stir till coated. spread in 9x13 cake pan. chill till set, break into bite size pieces.
Now depending on what princess the dragon ate you can add other goodies.
the above recipie is just from a plain ordinary princess.

Hawiaan princess Dragon droppings add: half cup of coconut
African Princess :1/4 cup banana chips.
Middle eastern princess: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
California Princess: 1/3 cup raisins
............and if the Princess had been on a camping trip when the dragon ate her add: 1/2 cup marshmellows..

.....................Grandmaw's Banana Nut Bread.....................

1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups sifted all-furpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed ripe banana (really better figuring two bananas at least per loaf...or 2cups )
1/2 walnuts or pecans
( I put in vanilla about table spoon and cinnamon-your choice..to use or not...is part of old recipt)
.......grand maw was an in the bowl..mix....pour...bake so it just says put all ingredents in bowl mix.. no creaming or nothing :)
makes 9x5x3 inch loaf pan
bake 350 -45 to 50 minutes...it says till stick off broom comes out clean ...
thats about it other than notes each has added to it like my vanilla and spices....


............Paul Bunyan Sugar Cookies...............
Categories: Cookies
Yield: 14 servings
1 1/2 c Butter or margarine
2 T Milk
1 1/4 c Sugar
4 c Flour
2 ea Eggs
3 t Baking powder
1 T Vanilla
1/2 t Salt
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, & vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir in milk. Sift together flour, baking powder, & salt. Stir into creamed mixture, blending well. Chill 1 hour.
On lightly floured surface, roll chilled dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with 2-pound coffee can or lid of round canister (about 5 inches in diameter). Sprinkle tops of cookies with sugar. Place cookies about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until cookies are lightly crowned. Remove from pan with wide spatula.




......CARMEL POP CORN......

24 cups popped corn
2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
2 cubes butter or margerine
1/2 cup light karo syrup
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
.....Stir ingredients 2 to 5 minutes to hard boil. Stir in one teaspoon soda. Mix with popped corn. Put in oven at 200 degrees one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.


....Easter Eggs.....
Make small hole in top of an egg shell.
Drain egg and keep for scrambled eggs,
omelet, etc. Rinse shells well. Place in
egg carton.
.....Mix together for each color of egg desired:
1 (3oz.) pkg. Jello (any flavor)
1 cup boiling water
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
....When cooled to room temperature, pour into egg shells. Chill at least 4 hours. Peel and place in nest of lettuce.

....Each package Jello makes approximately 4 eggs. Using small eggs makes Jello go farther.



........Funny Cake........

1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 yellow cake mix
1 square unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. hott water
2/3 c, granulated sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Bake cake in pie shell. Mix chocolate, hot water and sugar.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Drop these ingredients on top and bake.
When done , top with pecans and ice cream. Serve hot......sounds weird but hey ,
give it a try is older recipe than I am old lol.
